We invest a lot of time in optimizing our packaging procedures. One of the most important points that we kept pursuing is to ensure undamaged arrival of your products. Unfortunately, we must conclude that a shipment despite our care, can still arrive damaged.
To avoid complicated discussions with our carriers, we expect you to visually check the package for damage and, where possible, the contents of the package. I
If you are under the impression that the packaging or the contents has damaged, please ask the driver for a claim form and fill this in immediately. If the carrier does not have such forms, you can insist that the driver classifies the package as damaged in his terminal. Please ask the driver to show what he has done.
LotusAntwerp.store can not be held responsible for any damage that could be established upon delivery and is not reported as such. It is at all times your responsibility to check the outside of the package of damage!
Time of delivery
The delivery time from the time of your order is approximately 3 to 5 days. When the ordered goods are in stock, they are usually shipped the same or at the latest the next working day. In the case of delivery time on the item, we will inform you about the estimated delivery time of the ordered item.
Returns
You have the right to return a purchased part without giving any reason within 14 days. However, the article must be returned unused, unmounted and undamaged. If the product is labeled as consumable on our website it can not be returned once the packaging is opened or the seal has broken.

If you want to return original Lotus parts which were ordered specifically for you, we charge you with a re-stocking fee of 20% to cover the cost of returning these parts to Lotus.
When you want to return a product or products, you need to take care of proper packaging of these products. If products arrive to us in inadequate packaging, the return will not be accepted.
Return costs are at your cost.
You need to ensure that the return will be sent to us within 14 days after notification. Shortages or damages need to be reported within 14 days. Reports that come in after this time can unfortunately not be considered.
